By accessing and using Lingual360 ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Lingual360 provides certified document translation services for immigration purposes, specifically designed to meet USCIS requirements under 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3). Our services include:

Document translation from Spanish, Portuguese, and French to English
Certified translation certificates
Digital delivery of translated documents

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and legible documents for translation
Not submit fraudulent or altered documents
Use the translations only for legitimate purposes
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is determined by your partner or service provider. Expedited service incurs an additional 30% fee. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

5. Delivery and Turnaround

Standard delivery: 3 business days
Expedited delivery: 1 business day

6. Accuracy Guarantee

We guarantee that our translations are accurate and compliant with USCIS requirements. If USCIS rejects your translation for translation-related issues, we will either:

Retranslate the document at no additional cost, or
Provide a full refund of the translation fee

7. Limitation of Liability

Lingual360 is not responsible for delays or rejections caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to document quality issues, incorrect source documents, or changes in USCIS requirements.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on this site are owned by Lingual360. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
